Refund Policy

Returns & Refund Policy 
 

As all our products are food items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All goods are exempt from being returned as they are perishable.

 

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 5-7 days. Orders can be cancelled and refunded only under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Healthy Kitchens Gourmet, not otherwise. Please email us at info@allgoodstore.in with any questions requests.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
 

We only replace items under specific conditions - if they are defective or damaged and are unopened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@allgoodstore.in and send your item to:

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 working days. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favour of the "Billing Name" you used when placing the order. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card. Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched. Please email us at info@allgoodstore.in with any questions or needed support. We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has shipped.
